Phil Weldon

Phil is an experienced litigator. 

He handles a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters including breach of contract/warranty claims, professional negligence disputes, shareholder/partnership disputes and corporate transactional disputes (including dental corporate).

Phil offers pragmatic and practical advice, ensuring that clients consider their commercial as well as their legal position. Prior to joining us in 2022, he worked as a Partner at a top-50 national law firm.
