Oliver is a commercial litigator who handles a wide variety of commercial disputes. His work has a particular emphasis on commercial contract claims as well as shareholder, director and other company-related disputes.
A former corporate transactional solicitor, Oliver previously spent time working in-house on secondment at a large commercial client in the manufacturing sector and therefore appreciates the need for advice to be clear, pragmatic and commercial.
