Matthew is an experienced litigator who advises on shareholder and partnership disputes.
He's also experienced in commercial contract disputes, warranty and indemnity claims, professional negligence, defamation and media-related disputes and restrictive covenants in employment contracts.
Matthew acts for a wide range of clients including large corporates, SMEs, OMBs and high net worth individuals operating across various business and commercial sectors such as e-commerce, hospitality, logistics, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and retail.
His work often involves complex and technical High Court litigation concerning seven-figure sums requiring the instruction of leading counsel and reputable experts. He has also worked on a number of challenging and high value International Arbitrations.
