Company Books / Records

A company must keep written books/records of the following matters (although many companies do not actually do so):-

  • - Register of Directors/Secretaries
  • - Register of Shareholders
  • - Register of Director's interests in shares
  • - Register of Charges
  • - Minute Books
  • - Adequate accounting records
  • - Copies of Directors' service contracts or a written record of Directors employment terms
